We know there’s nothing more satisfying that your online order arriving on your doorstep as quickly as possible, which is why we try our very best to process all orders on the day they are placed! However, on the rare occasion that a product isn’t in our physical store and we need to order it from our New Zealand based suppliers, it can take a couple of days for us to get your order in the post. Not to worry though – we will always contact you right away to let you know of any delays.
All orders are processed during business hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Our packages are delivered by NZ Couriers – you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been collected by the courier so you can eagerly track it’s every step (it’s not just us that does that, right??)
Orders over $150 include free shipping - this will automatically show in your cart. Please note that in some cases, deliveries of some products to more remote locations may incur an additional shipping charge.
Our shipping/courier charges are currently as follows:
- Auckland (Orewa to Pokeno) - $7 (please note Waiheke Island will incur an additional charge depending on the size of the items - our customer care team will be in touch with details)
- North Island Urban - $8
- North Island Rural Delivery - $10
- South Island Urban - $10
- South Island Rural Delivery - $15
Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.
We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. These fees are not about making money but simply recouping the shipping costs and in many cases, particularly for larger items, they do not cover the costs at all.
