Christmas and New Years 2022 - Deliveries and Store hours

Christmas and New Year’s is a crazy time of year and this year maybe just slightly crazier with courier and shipping challenges all over the country.

We will do everything we can to ensure you get your order before Christmas and while we have 95% of what’s available on our website in store and ready to ship there are a few things that may have slipped by either at our end or our suppliers. If that’s the case, we will call you immediately to find a solution. Products marked ‘Order only’ or ‘Notify me’ are not currently in stock and therefore we won’t be able to get them to you before Christmas.

Please find outlined below the last dates for order from our courier company:

South Island: 15^th December.

North Island: 16^th December (including Waiheke)

Auckland: 20th December.

Please note these dates are a guide only from NZ Couriers and while every effort will be made by them to meet these dates, they cannot absolutely guarantee it will be received by Christmas.

For large orders we can also deliver in Auckland up to Christmas Eve, please contact us to discuss.

Christmas / New Year Hours:

Our large store is open until 5pm Christmas Eve so pop in and find that perfect gift.

It’s been a big year for our awesome team and we are giving them all a wee break over the festive season, so our store is closed on the following days:

December: 25th, 26th, and 27th.

January: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

All other days are as per our usual opening hours.

Online orders - will be processed and sent out on the first day we are back from break. Pick up are available any day except those above.
